We are FreshBins.  We are a global leading company operating at the forefront of environmental technology.

Our purpose as a company is to prosper and grow with our clients, our employees and our suppliers. To do this we will deliver first class services to our clients and the community and to develop and apply our technology for the betterment of humankind and the sustainability of life on earth.

Our actions are driven by research and are founded on responses to globally recognised environmental issues such as those articulated in the United Nations Agenda 21 Agreement.

Sustainability and the Environment –

We are committed to doing what is right for the sustainability of life on earth, now and for future generations. To do this we must live within our means on Earth and this entails considering and managing our footprint on the planet.

Safety
Our employees are entitled to come to work knowing that they will go home physically and mentally safe and well. Our clients and the wider community are likewise entitled to the same considerations. Managers are responsible for the safety and welfare of their employees and employees have a duty to look to their own safety and welfare.

Integrity
We will stand by our words and our actions. We will do things right and we will do the right thing by the community and the environment.

Corporate Leadership
At a corporate level, through our endeavours we have created and own some incredible technology. This technology has application across a wide spectrum of human activity. We will continue in our endeavours to stay at the forefront of relevant technology and will apply same where we can.

Personal Leadership
Executives and Employee managers are expected to provide leadership, inspiration and guidance to staff for whom they are responsible. This means taking action to manage the entirety of the operation for which those managers are responsible, including change management, customer service and the safety and welfare of our staff.

Respect
We will respect our fellow workers, our clients and the environment. We will show this by accepting the views of others, not accepting discrimination in any form and by being actively involved in the FreshBins team.
